I have 125 pounds total that I would like to lose. So I now have 93.
I figure that I will need at least 2 more rounds after this one. Maybe even a 5th round.
I will never let myself get this overweight. Now that I have found a way to lose and keep it off. I am planning on starting back to the gym after this round. Toning back up.

Day 3 of phase 2
I lost all the weight I gained on the load days. I did the extra and to be honest, I am still hungry. Took longer to lose that extra day of weight gain. But today I am now down 1 plus pound.
Gained 7.8 pounds on load :( Lost 5 the first day and almost 4 the second day.
So with the last round I lost 31 lb. Today I am now down 32 lbs! :)
So for my next round in the spring, I am only loading 2 days. I felt no difference, other then maybe the first day I was not as hungry as the other first day.

Day 1 Round 2 Load day
I have maintained my weight for 7 weeks. No steak days. :) Whew! I enjoy my foods, adding was a little scary. I learned to watch my fats and carbs together. I could have some, but not tons.
So I am going for another round! Loading today. I am going to load for 3 days if possible. I decided if by the end of Saturday, if I just can't load anymore, I would start on Sunday the 500 cal.
I am hoping that this will help the hunger issue I had last time.
